Our Admin Office will be closed from Saturday 20th December at 4pm and will re-open on Monday 5th January at 9am. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will get back to you as soon as possible.
The following services will be closed from Saturday 20th December at 4pm: Counselling, Re:Start, Youth Groups, MindSpace, Young Adult Social, Out There Groups and Youth Advisory Board.
Our Drop-In service will still be open 1pm-6pm on Monday 22nd December, Monday 29th December and Friday 2nd January.
Our Admins Office and RE:Start Service re-opens on Monday 5th January 2026.
All other services will re-open from Tuesday 6th January 2026.

How to find us on Kingswell Street
For our Drop In Services:
- Go to the red door
- Press the buzzer on arrival and a support worker will come to meet you.
For our Counselling Service:
- Look out for the Blue Door from the street.
- Come through the blue door, up the steps to the glass door.
- Ring the buzzer on your right and one of our team will answer and let you in.
- When you come into the building, the waiting area is on your left.
For our RE:Start, Youth Groups, MindSpace, YAB & Young Adult Social:
- Come through the accessible side entrance to the right of the building in the Car Park.
- Please ring the buzzer if the door is closed.
